Alert doesn't works well

(I'm sorry if there is already a thread about this, but it just annoys me.)

So, Alerts tab sometimes not working for me, it doesn't displays when someone rates my post or if someone replies to my post, if someone tags me, etc.

I have all my alert preferences set, so it's not caused by me.
