Limitations for C4

i didnt find a post like this in the last 100 ones + i cant search "C4" .... so i hope there isnt a post allready

C4 usage is getting worse recently ...
i would like to see a limitation for the C4's that each person can buy per round or a max for C4's that can be active at the same time ...
