It'd be pretty nice to have 2 vanilla servers, one for east and one for west just as it is for the other Serious TTT Servers, (excluding eu.)
If you were to get banned from the Vanilla server and your appeal is denied, then you would either have to play on the EU, which you probably get bad ping from, or wait out your ban, with another Vanilla server you can play when banned with a fairly good ping.
Players from the West and East could get better ping for the players designated location....
