Windows 10 Problem

So I've recently installed windows 10 due to being forced to, and one major problem for me is ALT Tabbing out of GMOD or any game that is. It will go to a black screen for about 3-4 seconds and finally go to desktop.

Is there any way to fix this?

Already made sure my refresh rate is matching to 60 hz.
